** Please take care if using satellite navigation as some systems navigate to William-Jones RP (as shown below). The Academy is accessed off the A473/Junction 35 roundabout only**
The Academy is located just off J35 of the M4. Put in CF35 5HY.
By road
From the M4 Westbound:
- Exit the motorway at junction 35 and bear to the furthermost right lane.
- Take the fourth exit (just before you re-join the motorway).
- At the small roundabout, take the first exit.
- Continue past the white barrier to the end of the road – the National Imaging Academy Wales is on your right.
From the M4 Eastbound:
Exit the motorway at junction 35
- Take the second exit
- At the small roundabout, take the first exit
- Continue past the red barrier to the end of the road – the National Imaging Academy Wales is on your right.
By train
The nearest train station is located in Pencoed and is a 20-25 minute walk:
- Walk south-west on Penybont road towards Hendre Road
- Continue onto Coychurch Road
- Turn left onto Felindre Road
- At the roundabout, turn right onto the A473
- At the next roundabout, turn left (first exit – towards McDonalds)
